- 1 large spaghetti squash (6 lbs.)
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut squash in half lengthwise. Place cut-side down in baking dish with 1⁄4 inch water. Cook 30 minutes, then turn over and cook until soft all the way through with fork, approximately 10 minutes.
- Shred with fork and serve.
