Paleo Spaghetti

This is a great alternative to traditional pasta. Serve with sauce and turkey meatballs for a great Paleolithic take on Grandma’s spaghetti and meatball recipe!

  • 1 large spaghetti squash (6 lbs.)


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Cut squash in half lengthwise. Place cut-side down in baking dish with 1⁄4 inch water. Cook 30 minutes, then turn over and cook until soft all the way through with fork, approximately 10 minutes.
  • Shred with fork and serve.
