Pan-Sautéed Sausages with Dijon Glaze

- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. Italian sausage links
- In a small bowl, whisk together 4 tablespoons mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic until smooth.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausage links and cook, turning to cook all sides, until well-browned brown and cooked throughout, about 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with Dijon mustard glaze.
