  • 1⁄4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage links


  • In a small bowl, whisk together 4 tablespoons mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic until smooth.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausage links and cook, turning to cook all sides, until well-browned brown and cooked throughout, about 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with Dijon mustard glaze.
