Panini Press French Toast
French toast made in a panini press comes out crispier than traditional French toast.

- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- 3 slices bread
- ⅛ tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- Preheat the panini press. In a shallow bowl, whisk together egg and milk. Dunk bread into mixture, one at a time, coating both sides.
- Place soaked bread slices on panini press and close lid. Grill for 4–5 minutes or until desired crispness is achieved.
- Remove from press. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve immediately with maple syrup.
