Panini Press Roasted Peppers
Roasting peppers is a time-consuming task, but itʼs worth the effort. Whether using bell peppers, poblano peppers, or even chili peppers, theyʼll taste great when roasted.

- 1 bell pepper
- Preheat the panini press. Place pepper on panini press and leave open. Grill until pepper turns black, then rotate pepper a quarter turn and repeat until entire pepper is blackened. Place roasted pepper in a paper bag and fold closed. Wait 15–20 minutes, then place pepper on a cutting board. Scrape off the blackened skin and discard. Cut into slices and discard the seed pod.
- Store in refrigerator for up to a week.
