Panini with Turkey, Cheddar, and Dijon
If you don’t have a sandwich press, you can make this sandwich in a skillet on the stove.

- 1 tsp. butter, softened
- 1 tsp. country Dijon mustard
- 2 slices sandwich bread
- 1 slice Cheddar cheese
- 2 slices deli turkey
- Heat a sandwich press.
- Meanwhile, assemble sandwich by spreading mustard on bottom slice of bread, adding turkey slices, Cheddar slice, and top slice of bread. Butter the top and bottom slices of bread.
- Brush inside of press with oil, carefully place sandwich in press and lower lid. Cook until bread is lightly browned and the cheese begins to melt.
