Parmesan-Ranch Baked Zucchini Coins

Sliced and covered in Hidden Valley® Original Ranch®, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and baked until lightly brown, this zucchini snack is a delicious break from the norm.


  • 1⁄4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing
  • 2 cups zucchini, washed, unpeeled


  • Preheat oven to 475°F.
  • Cut zucchini horizontally into 1-inch slices and spread with the dressing (both sides).
  • Lay on cookie sheet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until tops are lightly browned.
