Ingredients

  • 1 bunch flat leaf Italian parsley
  • 2 carrots, trimmed
  • 1 apple, cored
  • 2 stalks celery, with leaves

Directions

  • Compress the parsley by rolling it into a ball. Process through an electronic juicer according to the manufacturer’s directions.
  • Add the carrots and the apple, followed by the celery.
  • Mix the juice thoroughly to blend and serve over ice.
