Parsley Carrot Juice

- 1 bunch flat leaf Italian parsley
- 2 carrots, trimmed
- 1 apple, cored
- 2 stalks celery, with leaves
- Compress the parsley by rolling it into a ball. Process through an electronic juicer according to the manufacturer’s directions.
- Add the carrots and the apple, followed by the celery.
- Mix the juice thoroughly to blend and serve over ice.
