Peach-Almond Smoothie

Canʼt find fresh peaches? You can use frozen peaches in this for a shortcut and a sherbet-like texture. The combination of yogurt and fruit will give your day a delicious boost.

  • 1⁄2 frozen banana
  • 1 1⁄2 cups cubed peaches
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1⁄4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp. honey


  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into two glasses and serve as a quick breakfast, or refrigerate one serving and take the other in a travel mug on the go.
