Peach and Banana Chai Smoothie
This satisfying smoothie includes banana and peach peels to bring you extra nutrients and reduce food waste in the kitchen.

- 1 banana
- 1 peach, sliced and pitted
- 1 cup oatmilk
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground coriander
- Peel and slice banana. In blender, combine banana slices, banana peel, peach, oat milk, ice cubes, chia seeds, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves and coriander. Process until smooth.
- Serve with sprinkle of cinnamon.
