Peach-Mango Milkshake

A fresh summer treat—loaded with vitamin C and potassium—and nice and sweet!

  • 1 cup sliced peaches in juice
  • 2 Tbsp. confectioners' sugar
  • ½ cup low-fat milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup lowfat vanilla ice cream


  • Purée the peach slices, confectioners' sugar, and milk in a blender until smooth. Add vanilla and ice cream and blend again until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
