Peach Melba Smoothie

This smoothie is rich and always sure to please. Make sure you use ripe peaches and pasteurized eggs.

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 large ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and quartered
  • 1½ cups plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 large pasteurized eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract


  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed for 1 minute. Add 5-6 ice cubes and continue blending until thick and smooth.
