Peach Melba Smoothie
This smoothie is rich and always sure to please. Make sure you use ripe peaches and pasteurized eggs.

- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 2 large ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and quartered
- 1½ cups plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 large pasteurized eggs
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed for 1 minute. Add 5-6 ice cubes and continue blending until thick and smooth.
