This refreshing smoothie is a decadent summertime treat. Peach skins are optional. If you have a heavy-duty blender, they will blend right in and give you the benefit of extra fiber. If your blender can’t handle the skins, either peel and discard, or strain the smoothie before serving.

- 2 peaches, sliced
- 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
- 1 peeled orange
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
