Peach Yogurt Smoothie

You may use frozen peaches in this for a sherbet-like texture. The combination of yogurt and fruit will give your day a delicious boost.

  • 1⁄2 banana
  • 1 1⁄2 cups peaches, cubed
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1⁄4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp. honey


  • Place all Ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into two glasses and serve as a quick breakfast.
