Peach Yogurt Smoothie
You may use frozen peaches in this for a sherbet-like texture. The combination of yogurt and fruit will give your day a delicious boost.

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 banana
- 1 1⁄2 cups peaches, cubed
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp. honey
Directions
- Place all Ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses and serve as a quick breakfast.
