Peaches and Cream Smoothie

If you don’t have fat-free plain yogurt in your fridge, use a flavored yogurt instead.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen peeled and sliced peaches
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1 cup 1% milk
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. flax oil
  • Handful ice

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
