Peachy Breakfast Nog
Oh, this one is just peachy keen! Smoothies are a great way to kick-start the day, and this one gives you a jump on your daily calcium requirement!

- 1½ cups peach nectar, chilled
- 2 cans (16 oz.) peach slices in juice, drained
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- ⅛ tsp. vanilla extract
- Combine all ingredients in blender. Process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
