Peachy Protein Smoothie

This sweet, creamy, protein-packed peach smoothie will remind you of the delectable nectar you can only get from a juicy peach.

  • 4 peaches, pitted
  • 2 cups low-fat Greek-style yogurt or silken tofu
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup water


  • Combine the peaches, yogurt or tofu, and 1⁄2 cup of the ice in a blender. Blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add water gradually, as needed, and remaining ice while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
