Peachy Protein Smoothie
This sweet, creamy, protein-packed peach smoothie will remind you of the delectable nectar you can only get from a juicy peach.

- 4 peaches, pitted
- 2 cups low-fat Greek-style yogurt or silken tofu
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup water
- Combine the peaches, yogurt or tofu, and ½ cup of the ice in a blender. Blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add water gradually, as needed, and remaining ice while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
