Peachy Skillet Bake
Peaches are particularly delicate fruits. Overripe peaches can become grainy—definitely not a texture you want for your baked goods. Always select ripe peaches with a firm texture for the sweetness you want for this and other desserts.

- 1 can (15 oz.) sliced peaches in syrup
- 1 box (18.25 oz.) white cake mix
- ½ cup butter
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Pour peaches and juice into a hot oven-safe 12" skillet. Cover the peaches with dry cake mix and dot with pats of butter. Cover and bake for 40 minutes.
