Peanut Butter-Banana "Ice Cream"

This dessert contains only two ingredients: bananas and peanut butter! Yet when frozen and puréed, the crystallized fruit so perfectly mimics the look, taste, and texture of soft-serve ice cream that it’s almost magic. Peel the bananas before freezing to make this the easiest dessert ever.

  • 4 medium ripe bananas, frozen
  • 1 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter

Directions

  • Slice frozen bananas into chunks. Place chunks in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Add peanut butter and pulse until incorporated.
