Peanut Butter and Banana Loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 oz. lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. oatmeal
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup mashed ripe banana
  • 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
  • Spray loaf pan with cooking spray. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 45 minutes.
