Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

This recipe is a little switch-up from the traditional fruity smoothie, and will add a good amount of protein to your diet, too. Drink it up!

  • 4 medium bananas, peeled, cut up, and frozen
  • 1⁄2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1⁄2 cup whole milk, very cold
  • 1⁄2 cup crushed ice
  • 1 scoop low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt


  • Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Divide into glasses to serve.
