Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
This recipe is a little switch-up from the traditional fruity smoothie, and will add a good amount of protein to your diet, too. Drink it up!

- 4 medium bananas, peeled, cut up, and frozen
- ½ cup smooth peanut butter
- ½ cup whole milk, very cold
- ½ cup crushed ice
- 1 scoop low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
- Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Divide into glasses to serve.
