Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie
This is the perfect recipe for when you want an instant chocolate fix with a little calcium and healthy fats on top.

- 2 cups 1% milk
- 1 large frozen banana, peeled and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened chocolate powder
- 1 tsp. sugar
- Combine ingredients in a blender; purée until smooth.
- Divide between two glasses; serve immediately.
