Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie

This is the perfect recipe for when you want an instant chocolate fix with a little calcium and healthy fats on top.

  • 2 cups 1% milk
  • 1 large frozen banana, peeled and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp. unsweetened chocolate powder
  • 1 tsp. sugar


  • Combine ingredients in a blender; purée until smooth.
  • Divide between two glasses; serve immediately.
