Peanut Butter Fudge

- 4½ cups packed brown sugar
- 4 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 3 cups creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups marshmallow creme
- Butter an 8" square pan and a 9½" × 13" pan. In a saucepan, mix together the sugars. Add the milk and mix until smooth. Place on the stove and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until the mixture registers 240°F on a candy thermometer.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and marshmallow creme, mixing until smooth. Do this step quickly. Pour into the prepared pans and let set for 10 minutes. Cut into small squares while still warm.
