Pear-Banana Green Smoothie

- 1 cup chopped iceberg lettuce
- 2 cups green grapes
- 2 medium pears, cored
- 1 medium banana, peeled
- 1 cup purified water
- Place lettuce, grapes, pears, banana, and ½ cup of water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining ½ cup of water as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
