Pear-Banana Green Smoothie

  • 1 cup chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 2 cups green grapes
  • 2 medium pears, cored
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 1 cup purified water


  • Place lettuce, grapes, pears, banana, and ½ cup of water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining ½ cup of water as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
