Pear-Cucumber Green Smoothie

  • 1 cup watercress
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled
  • 2 medium pears, peeled and cored
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped mint
  • 1 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt


  • Place watercress, celery, cucumber, pears, mint, and ½ cup yogurt in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining yogurt while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
