Pear-Cucumber Green Smoothie

- 1 cup watercress
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled
- 2 medium pears, peeled and cored
- 2 Tbsp. chopped mint
- 1 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- Place watercress, celery, cucumber, pears, mint, and ½ cup yogurt in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining yogurt while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
