Pear-fect Avocado Smoothie
Avocado and mango give this smoothie an extra creamy appeal, not to mention the added antioxidant appeal from the spinach and mango.

- 1⁄4 cup apple juice
- 1⁄2 medium avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 medium pear, cored
- 1 medium mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 Tbsp. shelled hemp seeds
- Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
