- 1 cucumber, peeled
- 1 celery stalk
- ½" ginger, peeled
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Place cabbage, pears, cucumber, celery, ginger, and ½ cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining ½ cup water as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
