Pear-Ginger Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup green cabbage
  • 3 pears, cored
  • 1 cucumber, peeled
  • 1 celery stalk
  • ½" ginger, peeled
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  • Place cabbage, pears, cucumber, celery, ginger, and ½ cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining ½ cup water as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
