  • 4 pears, cored
  • 1 cup low-fat Greek-style yogurt
  • 1 cup organic apple juice, not from concentrate
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice


  • Combine the pears, yogurt, ½ cup apple juice, cinnamon, and ½ cup of the ice in a blender. Blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining apple juice and ice while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
