Pear Paradise Smoothie

- 4 pears, cored
- 1 cup low-fat Greek-style yogurt
- 1 cup organic apple juice, not from concentrate
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup ice
- Combine the pears, yogurt, ½ cup apple juice, cinnamon, and ½ cup of the ice in a blender. Blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining apple juice and ice while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
