Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped green cabbage
  • 3 medium pears, cored
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled
  • 1 celery stalk
  • ½" ginger, peeled
  • 1 cup kefir

Directions

  • Place cabbage, pears, cucumber, celery, ginger, and ½ cup kefir in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining ½ cup kefir, as needed, while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
