Pear Prevention Smoothie

- 1 cup chopped green cabbage
- 3 medium pears, cored
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 piece (1⁄2 inch) ginger, peeled
- 1 cup kefir
- Place cabbage, pears, cucumber, celery, ginger, and 1⁄2 cup kefir in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining 1⁄2 cup kefir, as needed, while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
