Pear, Roquefort, and Walnut Salad

  • 2 small heads butter lettuce
  • 2 large ripe pears. cored and sliced
  • 2 oz. Roquefort cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts


  • Separate the lettuce leaves from the heads and place on 6 salad plates.
  • Top with pear slices, cheese, and walnuts. Serve immediately.
