Pear Sorbet

You can adjust this basic sorbet recipe to your liking by replacing the pears with a fruit of your choice—peaches make a suitable replacement.

  • 4 cups cubed pears
  • 2 Tbsp. granulated stevia
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice


  • Put pears in a food processor and process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and continue to process until incorporated.
  • Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze 4 hours or until set.
