  • 3⁄4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup honey

  • 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 unbaked pie shell (9 inches)

  • In a food processor, process 3 cups pecans, coconut oil, honey or agave nectar, and dates until thickened. Move to a mixing bowl, and add the nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves to the pecan mix, and blend well.
