Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh peppermint leaves
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ cup bean sprouts
  • 2 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 1 tsp. raw honey

Directions

  • Process the peppermint and cucumber through an electronic juicer according to the manufacturer’s directions.
  • Add the sprouts and the lettuce.
  • Sweeten the juice with honey.
