Pepperoni & Veggie English Muffin Pizza
These cute and easy pizzas require no kneading or waiting for dough to rise, thanks to your choice of English muffins or bagels! It is a quick meal or even a fun after-school snack.

Ingredients
- 2 Thomas'® English Muffin Original, split in half
- 1⁄4 cup pizza sauce
- 1⁄2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 12 HORMEL ® NATURAL CHOICE ® Uncured Pepperoni slices
- 3 tablespoons bell pepper, chopped
- 3 tablespoons red onion, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place the English muffins on a baking sheet. Spread equal amounts of pizza sauce on each English muffin, then top with equal parts of mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, bell pepper and onion.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
