  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup blueberry kefir
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1⁄2 cup almonds
  • 1⁄2 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup water


  • Combine the spinach, blueberry kefir, blueberries, almonds, and walnuts in a blender and blend until nuts are emulsified.
  • Add water gradually until desired consistency is achieved.
