Pesto and Pine Nut Penne

  • 2 cups pesto
  • 1 cup toasted pine nuts
  • 4 oz. crumbled goat cheese
  • 3 cups cooked 100% whole-wheat penne pasta
  • ¼ cup chopped basil

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine the pesto, pine nuts, and goat cheese until well blended. Add the penne to the pesto, pine nuts, and goat cheese and toss until evenly coated. Garnish with basil.
