Pesto and Pine Nut Penne
This penne is a sweet and savory dish that loads nutritious ingredients in a clean creation youʼd never think was designed for better health.

- 2 cups pesto
- 1 cup toasted pine nuts
- 4 oz. crumbled goat cheese
- 3 cups cooked 100% whole-wheat penne pasta
- ¼ cup chopped basil
- In a large bowl, combine the pesto, pine nuts, and goat cheese until well blended. Add the penne to the pesto, pine nuts, and goat cheese and toss until evenly coated. Garnish with basil.
