This dip is great with tortilla chips or fresh trimmed vegetables.

- 12 oz. sour cream
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- ¼ cup pimento-stuffed olives, finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. ground black pepper
- Mix together all the ingredients until smooth. Keep tightly covered and refrigerated until ready to serve.
