Pickled Chilies and Garlic
This is a simple, yet complex-tasting sauce to add to any noodle soup. It’s a great sauce for stewed meats as well.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Serrano peppers
- 3 Thai chilies
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 cup white vinegar
Directions
- Purée all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Transfer to a jar, seal, and refrigerate for up to three months.
