Piña Colada Smoothies

In these nonalcoholic coladas, coconut water adds the same great flavor as coconut milk without the fat. Substitute nondairy yogurt for a vegan version.

  • 1 3⁄4 cups diced fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1⁄2 cup coconut water with pulp


  • Place pineapple in food processor and purée.
  • Add remaining ingredients and pulse until smooth. Serve immediately.
