Piña Colada Smoothies
In these nonalcoholic coladas, coconut water adds the same great flavor as coconut milk without the fat. Substitute nondairy yogurt for a vegan version.

- 1¾ cups diced fresh pineapple
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- ½ cup coconut water with pulp
- Place pineapple in food processor and purée.
- Add remaining ingredients and pulse until smooth. Serve immediately.
