- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1 pint strawberries, hulled
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 cup water
- Place lettuce, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, and ½ cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining water while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
