  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups chopped pineapple
  • 2 medium pears, peeled and cored
  • 2 medium kiwi fruits, peeled
  • 1 medium lemon, peeled
  • 2 cups chamomile tea


  • Place romaine, pineapple, pears, kiwi, lemon, and 1 cup tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
