Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, peeled and pit removed
  • 1 zucchini, cut into pieces
  • 1 1⁄2 cups Simple Truth Organic™ Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 1⁄4 cup mint leaves
  • 1⁄2 cup almond milk

Directions

  • In blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  • Divide mixture between 2 serving glasses. Refrigerate leftovers.
