Pineapple Mint Smoothie

- 1 avocado, peeled and pit removed
- 1 zucchini, cut into pieces
- 1 1⁄2 cups Simple Truth Organic™ Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- 1⁄4 cup mint leaves
- 1⁄2 cup almond milk
- In blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
- Divide mixture between 2 serving glasses. Refrigerate leftovers.
