Pineapple Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • ½ tsp. ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. shredded unsweetened coconut
  • ¼ tsp. freshly grated gingerroot
  • ½ medium lime, peeled, seeds removed

Directions

  • Place coconut water in a blender, plus a ½ cup ice, then add other ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more ice if desired.
