Pineapple-Vanilla Protein Smoothie
You can vary the flavors by using any favorite fruit in the same quantity, but make sure you use only a vanilla-flavored soy protein powder.

Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup powdered skim milk
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla-flavored soy protein powder
- 1⁄2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup chilled crushed pineapple
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and purée. Serve cold.
