Pineapple-Vanilla Protein Smoothie

You can vary the flavors by using any favorite fruit in the same quantity, but make sure you use only a vanilla-flavored soy protein powder.

  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1⁄2 cup powdered skim milk
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla-flavored soy protein powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chilled crushed pineapple


  • Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and purée. Serve cold.
