Pisco Sour

Pisco is a Peruvian or Chilean brandy. The classic presentation of this drink is to top it with a foamy beaten egg white. If you are concerned about the safety of the raw egg, leave it out.

  • 3 oz. Pisco
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 1½ oz. simple syrup
  • 5 ice cubes
  • ⅓ egg white, lightly mixed
  • 1 drop Angostura bitters


  • Process Pisco, lime juice, syrup, ice cubes, and egg white in the blender until frothy, about 15 seconds.
  • Serve in a short glass with a drop of Angostura bitters on top.
