Pita Crisps

Serve these fresh chips with hummus and white bean dip or use them instead of crackers for soup. You can also melt soft cheese on them and top with raisins for a satisfying, high-fiber snack.

  • 4 rounds pita bread
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter


  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Separate the pita rounds in half, making two rounds out of each. Cut the eight halves into wedges and place them on a baking sheet. Toss with the melted butter.
  • Bake the pita wedges for 10 minutes until crisp. Let cool.
