Plain Vanilla Cheesecake

- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups sour cream
- 4 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 3 1⁄2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 10-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Beat with an electric mixer on high speed for 20 minutes, or until smooth.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the top of the cake cracks in the middle. Turn off the oven and let the cake sit in the oven for 1 hour. Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
