Plain Vanilla Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • 3½ Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 10" springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Beat with an electric mixer on high speed for 20 minutes, or until smooth.
  • Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the top of the cake cracks in the middle. Turn off the oven and let the cake sit in the oven for 1 hour. Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
