Plant-Based Cinnamon Bun Smoothie

Since you can’t start every morning with a cinnamon bun, get the same great flavor – plus whole grains, fruit and protein – with this easy-to-blend smoothie.

  • 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 4 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for topping
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar


  • In blender, combine oats, bananas, almond milk, protein powder and ½ teaspoon cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
  • Divide mixture between 2 serving glasses. Top each with a teaspoon coconut sugar and pinch of cinnamon. Refrigerate leftovers.
