Plant-Based Cinnamon Bun Smoothie
Since you can’t start every morning with a cinnamon bun, get the same great flavor – plus whole grains, fruit and protein – with this easy-to-blend smoothie.

- 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup almond milk
- 4 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for topping
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- In blender, combine oats, bananas, almond milk, protein powder and ½ teaspoon cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
- Divide mixture between 2 serving glasses. Top each with a teaspoon coconut sugar and pinch of cinnamon. Refrigerate leftovers.
