Plant-Based Sweet Vanilla Creamer
Thanks to this naturally sweetened plant-based creamer, you don’t need dairy or refined sugar to make your morning cup of joe sweet and creamy.

- 1⁄2 cup raw cashews
- 1⁄2 cup blanched almonds
- 5 Medjool dates, pitted
- 3 cups water
- 2 tablespoons Kroger Brand Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- Soak cashews, almonds and dates in hot water for 30 minutes. Drain.
- In pitcher of blender, combine soaked nuts, dates, 3 cups fresh water, vanilla and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Store refrigerated in an airtight container. Shake before use.
