Plant-Based Sweet Vanilla Creamer

Thanks to this naturally sweetened plant-based creamer, you don’t need dairy or refined sugar to make your morning cup of joe sweet and creamy.

  • 1⁄2 cup raw cashews
  • 1⁄2 cup blanched almonds
  • 5 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons Kroger Brand Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon salt


  • Soak cashews, almonds and dates in hot water for 30 minutes. Drain.
  • In pitcher of blender, combine soaked nuts, dates, 3 cups fresh water, vanilla and salt. Blend until smooth.
  • Store refrigerated in an airtight container. Shake before use.
