- 3½ cups pomegranate juice
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 6 cups sugar
- 1 pouch (3 oz.) liquid pectin
- In nonreactive pan, mix pomegranate and lemon juices, and sugar. Over medium heat, bring to full rolling boil. Stir regularly. Stir in pectin and continue to boil for 1 minute.
- Ladle hot jelly into hot jars, leaving ¼" headspace. Cap and process in boiling-water bath for 10 minutes.
