Popcorn with Hot-Pepper Butter

Try something a little different for a snack. You can substitute other seasoned salts, such as garlic, onion, or lemon-pepper seasoning.

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp. celery salt
  • 1 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
  • 8 cups popped popcorn


  • Mix the butter, celery salt, and cayenne pepper in a cup and heat them in the your microwave for just a few seconds. Blend well.
  • Place popcorn in a large bowl. Top with butter mixture and toss to combine.
